“Bill helped my 90 year old mom sell her home so she could move to Windsong. The decision to make the move was an emotional one. Bill handled the ups and downs with patience and professionalism. I was not sure what the outcome was going to be, but I knew that the move was necessary. Bill was there to help with all the paperwork and electronic communication. I live in CA and could not be there in person. I spent the week of closing helping my mom move her belongings. When I boarded the plane to return home the deal was made but the outcome was still not clear to me. Bill drove my mom to the closing while I was on the plane. To my great relief my mom is the happiest she has been in years at Windsong. I am so greatful that Bill was there to handle all the things, inspections, repairs, negotiations, that I could not be there for. My mom was ready to give up many times during the process. “We contacted Bill in advance of selling our house. He came to look at it and gave us some rough ideas for cost and any items we could do make it more "saleable". Among them was to do a house inspection to see what the inspector would point out. This was critical and we spent quite a bit of time working on the list. Bill was right on the mark for expections of price listing and the season for what we could expect for interested buyers. Bill was excellent to communicate with and good to work with. His knowledge of various legal issues such as septic tank inspection and others also made our part in getting contacts made to do the work really helped to make it all easy. I'd easly recommend Bill for anyone wanting some advice and agent on how to sell their house and who to work with.”
